Delivery Information
RETURNS GLADLY ACCEPTED
Once you have received a product and you do not want it for any reason, please send it back to us for a refund or an exchange. Simply fill out the Return Form supplied online. Used items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours (most are re-shipped the same day!). We have a money back guarantee for all items returned unused within 30 days of shipment. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days for any reason. Freight is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Unfortunately, ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON ANY CUSTOM ORDERS.
Refused deliveries and returns without a RA# are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All items are guaranteed by each applicable manufacturer. If an item is defective after use, Reid Sports will forward the item to the applicable supplier for inspection. Their inspection department must see the item before any decision can be made. All shortages must be made on receipt of the goods.
WARRANTIES/GUARANTEES
All items are guaranteed under the manufacturer's limited
warranty. Warranty covers defective material or defective workmanship. Abuse, improper care or improper use are not covered by warranty. Some manufacturers may chose to repair rather than replace an item. Items sent back to the manufacturer for repair or evaluation may take 4-6
weeks. Due to the nature of the sport, hockey sticks do not come with a guarantee against breakage. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

Duty, taxes, and customs are the responsibility of the consumer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges.

· U.S. shipments are tax FREE.
· Ontario orders are subject to 7% GST* and 8% PST*.
· Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick & Newfoundland are subject to 15% Harmonized (HST*) sales tax.
