Your Personal Information

For security reasons, no personal information is stored on Reid Sports Web servers. All personal information is stored on a separate and secure database server that is protected by state-of-the-art Firewall technology. When making a purchase, we ask you to provide information by filling out and submitting an on-line form which may include personal information. This information assists us in providing you with the highest level of customer service. You may review, change, or update your information at anytime. To do so, simply click on the "My Account" text link and then choose the link to "change/add preferences". In addition, you can call our Customer Support Center at 1-905-871-2381 and a Customer Service Representative can assist you in making changes to your account. For purchases, this may include your credit card information, which is strictly limited in use to processing your order. While providing this information online is secure (see Encryption Technology, above), doing so is voluntary, and you may choose to order by telephone (1.905.871.2381) or fax (1.905.871.2382) if you are still uncomfortable.

In an effort to get a better idea of the products and services that we can provide to enhance your overall shopping experience, we may also request in the Registration Signup Area some preference information. The information we request is:

Name, Password, Age, Income, Birthday, Children, Gender, Favorite Activities, Favorite Brands, Favorite Sporting Events, Email Address, Billing Information, Shipping Information, Home or Business Phone, and Credit Card.

You can review, modify, or update your personal information and/or preferences with Reid Sports at any time. To do so, simply click on the "My Account" text link and then choose the link to "change/add preferences" or "change email address and password".

We may use the information you provide to occasionally inform you of discounts, new products, events, the latest trends and product innovations, via an occasional E-mail. If you would prefer not to receive this information, please opt-out of our E-mail service when registering. If you have already registered with us, you may simply reply to any Reid Sports E-mail sent to you and place the word "unsubscribe" along with the code found on the bottom of the email, in the subject area. It is important to include this code, as it helps us to identify you. In all cases, we protect all your personal information against unauthorized access or release. We will never give, sell, rent, or loan any identifiable personal information to any third party, unless legally required to do so.

Note Regarding Children:

Reid Sports feels strongly about protecting the privacy of children and encourages kids to involve their parents in any interactive activity they participate in online.  If you are 12 or younger, you are not eligible to use the site. If you are under 18, Reid Sports encourages you to use the site with help of your parents.
